I'm not attending FNCE. Can I still come to this event? Yes!
What type of payment do you accept? We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including those stored in Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, as well as donations made via ACH/direct debit.
What portion of my ticket is considered tax-deductible? If you purchased a Sponsor a Student Ticket, the full ticket price is tax deductible. Your tax-deductible charitable donation will be detailed in your ticket confirmation receipt email.
Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Or you may choose to donate your ticket to a student attendee. To transfer a ticket or to donate your ticket to a student attendee, please contact us.
Can I show my tickets on my phone at the door or do I need to have the physical tickets with me? No need to print out a paper version of your tickets! Your email confirmation on your phone will work.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? Yes! Tickets at the door will be $50 for professionals (no member discounts) and $25 for students.
The name on the ticket doesn't match the attendee’s name. Is that ok? All tickets must match each attendee’s name. Please contact us if you need to transfer the name on the ticket.
Event Details
What kind of food/drink are you serving at this event? This is a networking/reception event, so we'll have some lite bites and beverages.
How far is the event venue from the FNCE venue? This year's event will be hosted at COCO Grain Exchange Trading Floor, located 1 mile from the Minneapolis Convention Center.
What if the event is canceled? If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, your full ticket price will be considered a tax-deductible contribution. Updated documentation will be sent out if this becomes necessary.
Is there a way for me to get updates as the event gets closer as well as on the day of the event in case there is weather or traffic delays or other problems? We will be providing updates via email. If we need to contact you on the day of the event, we will communicate via email and text message to the number you provide when you purchased your ticket(s). If you need to contact us please email us at registration@diversifydietetics.org. We will be monitoring this email until October 6, 2024 at 2 pm EST.
Do you provide special assistance for persons with disabilities? We are committed to making this event accessible to persons with disabilities. Assistive listening devices (“ALD”) are available for events at which sound amplification is used. If you need an ALD, or any other type of accommodation, please email us at registration@diversifydietetics.org at least 48 hours in advance of the event so we can work to meet your needs.
