Registration

I'm not attending FNCE. Can I still come to this event? Yes! 

What type of payment do you accept? We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including those stored in Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, as well as donations made via ACH/direct debit.  

I don't see DD member student rates for tickets. Will there be a discounted ticket for student members? Yes! DD student and intern members receive complimentary access to our DDMeetup at FNCE in Denver. We have reserved a healthy portion of tickets for students/interns to attend If you would like to be notified when those tickets are available, be sure to sign up for our RD2BE Registration List in Circle. To access Circle, you must be a current DD Student Member. Membership is $25/year and you can join here.

What portion of my ticket is considered tax-deductible? If you purchased a Sponsor a Student Ticket, the full ticket price is tax deductible. Your tax-deductible charitable donation will be detailed in your ticket confirmation receipt email. 

Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Or you may choose to donate your ticket to a student attendee. To transfer a ticket or to donate your ticket to a student attendee, please contact us.  

Can I show my tickets on my phone at the door or do I need to have the physical tickets with me? No need to print out a paper version of your tickets! Your email confirmation on your phone will work. 

Can I purchase tickets at the door? No. We take great care to ensure our guests have a fun, relaxing evening with a few surprises, so we need to know who you are! For us to plan the best experience possible, all tickets must be purchased no later than October 3, 2023, 11:59 P.M. EST.  

The name on the ticket doesn't match the attendee’s name. Is that ok? All tickets must match each attendee’s name. Please contact us if you need to transfer the name on the ticket. 

Can I attend if I am under 21 years old? Yes. But you can't drink any of the alcoholic beverages being served. But you knew that already!  

Event Details

What kind of food/drink are you serving at this event? This is a networking/reception event, so we'll have some heavy hors d'oeuvres and a nice selection of beverages, including complimentary wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. And, of course, some good music!  

What should I wear? Dress like you're going out for a fun night with your friends- because you are!

Will you have a coat check? Yes, we will have a coat check at this event. It may be chilling in Denver in October, so be sure to check the weather and bundle up for the short walk from the Colorado Convention Cener to the event site at MSUD, and we'll hold your coat for ya!

How far is the event venue from the FNCE venues? This year's event will be hosted at Metropolitan State University Denver's Turnhale at Tivoli Student Union, which is just a 10-minute walk from the main FNCE hotel - Hyatt Regency and a 5-minute walk from the Colorado Convention Center.  

What if the event is canceled? If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, your full ticket price will be considered a tax-deductible contribution. Updated documentation will be sent out if this becomes necessary.  

Is there a way for me to get updates as the event gets closer as well as on the day of the event in case there is weather or traffic delays or other problems? We will be providing updates via email. If we need to contact you on the day of the event, we will communicate via email and text message to the number you provide when you purchased your ticket(s). Do you provide special assistance for persons with disabilities? We are committed to making this event accessible to persons with disabilities. Assistive listening devices (“ALD”) are available for events at which sound amplification is used. If you need an ALD, or any other type of accommodation, please email us at registration@diversifydietetics.org at least 48 hours in advance of the event so we can work to meet your needs.
